Mark is a Chartered Accountant who has been involved in Private Equity and turnaround work for the last 20 years and has a current investment portfolio of six trading companies. Mark has vast experience of different industries and varying skills specialising in financial restructuring, operational efficiency and acquisitions. He ensures our operating model, service capability and commercial terms are aligned with our client’s expectations.
Adam Moss – Sales Director
Adam has been working in executive search for the last seven years beginning his career as a resourcer for a leading search firm servicing the tier one players in the IT Services & Technology sectors. After much training and development Adam established himself as a core member of the team, leading the companies most critical hire campaigns and eventually becoming an Associate Partner in 2009. He is passionate about the recruitment industry and exceeding client’s expectations with integrity, honesty and total commitment to delivery. Adam joined Shortgate in 2011 and leads the Resourcing Team.
